This plate is notable only in that it is flat; it can’t hold food! Other than that, it’s not particularly unique as a search of eBay for “bicentennial plate” reveals a plethora of this model for sale. The pretty blue and gold adornment lists the original 13 colonies. It was produced by B&G Copenhagen Porcelain (now Royal Copenhagen) in Denmark.
